Descripci\u00f3n de las principales tareas<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Atender a los clientes.
\n\u2022 Atender las llamadas telef\u00f3nicas y correos electr\u00f3nicos, sms y xat de los clientes.
\n\u2022 Gestionar las consultas generales de los clientes, reclamaciones, reservas de excursiones y m\u00e1s.
\n\u2022 Proporcionar informaci\u00f3n y asesorar a los clientes sobre cualquier consulta que tengan con respecto a su destino de vacaciones.<\/p>\n

Requisitos<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Nivel alto\/dominio de ingl\u00e9s (a partir de B2) y excelentes conocimientos (a partir de C1) de, al menos, uno de estos idiomas: alem\u00e1n, polaco, franc\u00e9s, holand\u00e9s, y\/o escandinavo (incluido finland\u00e9s).
\n\u2022 Valorable experiencia previa en servicio al cliente (sector turismo).
\n\u2022 Altos conocimientos de inform\u00e1tica (office).<\/p>\n

Condiciones<\/h4>\n

Contrato temporal (desde marzo de 2020) con la posibilidad de transformarse en un contrato indefinido. Es un trabajo a tiempo completo (incluye turnos nocturnos, tarde). A parte de esto te ofrecemos excelentes oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n, usamos las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s recientes para ayudarte y mejorar tu trabajo, y organizamos eventos divertidos de manera regular. Job Description<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Customer service.
\n\u2022 Handling phone calls, e-mails, SMS and chat from the clients.
\n\u2022 Managing general customer queries, complaints, excursion bookings and more.
\n\u2022 Providing information and advising clients about any query they might have regarding their holiday destination.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n

\u2022 High level of English (minimum B2 level) and excellent knowledge (minimum C1 level) of at least one of the following languages: German, Polish, French, Dutch and\/or Scandinavian (including Finnish).
\n\u2022 Previous customer service experience would be a plus (ideally in tourism sector).
\n\u2022 High knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).<\/p>\n

Conditions<\/h4>\n

We provide a temporary contract (from March 2020) with the possibility to be transformed into a permanent contract. It is a full-time job (including morning, afternoon and from time to time night shifts). Apart from this, we offer you some great training and learning opportunities, use the newest technologies to enhance your work and organize fun events on a regular basis.
