Descripción de las principales tareas
• Atender a los clientes.
• Atender las llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos, sms y xat de los clientes.
• Gestionar las consultas generales de los clientes, reclamaciones, reservas de excursiones.
• Proporcionar información y asesorar a los clientes sobre cualquier consulta que tengan con respecto a su destino de vacaciones.
Requisitos
• Nivel alto/dominio de inglés (a partir de B2) y excelentes conocimientos (a partir de C1) de, al menos, uno de estos idiomas: alemán, polaco, francés, holandés, y/o escandinavo (incluido finlandés).
• Valorable experiencia previa en servicio al cliente (sector turismo).
• Altos conocimientos de informática (office).
Condiciones
Contrato temporal (desde marzo de 2019) con la posibilidad de transformarse en un contrato indefinido. Es un trabajo a tiempo completo (incluye turnos nocturnos, tarde). Salario a convenir con la empresa.
Job Description
• Customer service.
• Receiving phone calls and e-mails, sms and chat from the clients.
• Managing general customer queries, complaints, excursion bookings.
• Providing the information and advising clients about any query they have regarding their holiday destination.
Requirements
• High level of English (minimum B2 level) and excellent knowledge (minimum C1 level) of at least one of following languages: German, Polish, French, Dutch and/or Scandinavian (including Finnish).
• Previous customer service experience would be a plus (ideally in tourism sector).
• High knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Conditions
We provide a temporary contract (from March 2019) with the possibility to be transformed into a permanent contract. It is a full-time job (including morning, afternoon and from time to time night shifts). Salary to be revealed by the company.
